We are Save On Solar!

We are Save on Solar, and my name is Collin Morey. I grew up working for my Dad's remodeling business. I got into solar by assisting other companies do installs and roof repairs from installs. I realized that there is really no down side as it helps the environment and saves money for the consumer. I have an electrical and General Contractor’s license and I believe in keeping the overhead low and passing on the cost to the consumer.

Solar is a benefit to most households because it reduces the costs of day to day electrical costs from your home. It is now becoming more affordable than ever because of the tax credit that has now been extended thru December 31st 2016.

We are a general contractor and we also hold a C-10 electrical license. This is a great benefit to the consumer due to the fact we can identify problems with roof systems, perform dry rot inspections, etc. Keep in mind that these systems should last 25 years so it is imperative that the roof and framing underneath should be in good shape.

Also, we try to identify large unnecessary uses of energy (Old HVAC units, old electric water heaters, leaking windows and doors, insufficient insulation etc.) so that we can put the right amount of panels (WATTS) to your system without spending unnecessary monies on additional solar panels when a failing A/C unit is not identified. Once the unit is replaced a lot of times a property owner will find that they do not need as many panels which is something we look for before we start the job.

We are clean cut, reliable, on time, communicative, driving marked vehicles with uniformed employees. Customers are updated daily on progress via text, phone or email.

The person you sign the contract with you will likely see up on the roof come install time. This makes it so the sales person will have answers to questions that are based on actual experience in the field, not from a sales brochure.
